Gold Loan Audit Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an MBA Finance fresher to join our Gold Loan Audit team under the NAPS Apprenticeship Programme. The candidate will assist in auditing gold loan transactions, verifying KYC documentation, analysing business trends, reviewing CCTV footage and ensuring compliance with established company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• KYC Audit: Verify customer KYC documents and loan files to ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Trend Analysis: Analyse gold loan transactions and audit data to identify unusual patterns, discrepancies and potential risk indicators.
• CCTV Verification: Review CCTV footage of gold loan transactions and branch operations to identify procedural deviations and ensure adherence to prescribed processes.
• Transaction & Documentation Audit: Audit gold loan transactions, loan documents and supporting records to identify discrepancies, errors and deviations from established procedures.
• TA Bill Verification: Verify Travel Allowance (TA) claims and supporting bills to ensure accuracy and compliance with the companys reimbursement policy.
• Audit Reporting: Assist in preparing audit reports, documenting observations and highlighting discrepancies to the reporting manager.
• Compliance & Process Adherence: Support the audit team in ensuring adherence to internal controls, operational guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Follow-up & Corrective Actions: Coordinate with relevant teams to track audit observations and ensure timely resolution of identified discrepancies.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA in Finance from a recognised institution.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of financial transactions, accounting principles and auditing concepts.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with confidential information and maintain data integrity.
