Salary: Up to 40,000 Net Take Home (NTH) / month + High Monthly Incentives + Petrol Allowance

About the Role:

Looking for a customer-focused Gold Loan Manager / Relationship

Manager to join Rupeek in Pune.

You will visit customers, appraise gold, process quick digital gold loans, and deliver a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gold Evaluation: Check gold purity, karat, and accurately calculate loan value.

• Loan Processing: Complete fast digital KYC and loan handover through the app.

• Customer Support: Assist customers, address questions, and build long-term trust for repeat business.

• Business Development: Generate fresh leads and referrals in your local catchment area.

• Safe Operations: Ensure secure handling and transfer of gold ornaments to partner bank vaults.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience.

• Experience: 1 to 4 years in Gold Loans, Gold Valuation, Banking, or NBFC sales.

• Mandatory Requirements:
  
• Personal Two-Wheeler + Valid Driving License.
• Practical knowledge of gold testing and appraisal.
• Good command over Marathi/Hindi and basic functional English.
