Responsibilities :-
- Conduct thorough and precise appraisal of gold items submitted as collateral for loan processing, ensuring adherence to industry standards and bank policies.
- Evaluate the purity, weight, and market value of gold assets using standardized testing methods and tools.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gold market trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes impacting asset valuation.
- Collaborate with loan officers and operations teams to provide accurate asset valuations that support loan sanctioning decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal audit standards related to gold appraisal and loan collateral management.
