Technical Skills

• Proficient in Golang and its ecosystem (go modules, testing frameworks, etc.)
• Advanced understanding of Go concurrency patterns (goroutines, channels, select statements, sync package)
• Expertise in Go's interface system and type assertions
• Proficiency in reflection and metaprogramming in Go
• Experience with Go's context package for managing deadlines, cancellations, and request-scoped values
• Knowledge of Go's garbage collection mechanism and memory management
• Familiarity with Go assembly and ability to read and optimize at the assembly level when necessary
• Experience with Go's built-in profiling and tracing tools (pprof, trace)
• Understanding of Go's internal runtime and scheduler
• Proficiency in writing and working with Go generics (Go 1.18+)
• Experience with advanced Go testing techniques (table-driven tests, benchmarks, fuzz testing)
• Familiarity with cgo for integrating Go with C libraries
• Knowledge of Go's standard library, including less common packages
• Experience with concurrent programming and goroutines
• Familiar with RESTful API design and implementation
• Knowledge of common cryptographic algorithms and their applications
• Experience with database systems (SQL and NoSQL)
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of network protocols and security (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL)
• Familiarity with common cybersecurity tools and frameworks
• Understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices
• Experience with log management and analysis tools

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable cybersecurity applications using Golang
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement security features
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment
• Optimize application performance and improve system resilience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices
