Golang Developer

Responsibilities:

• Build the migration harness: shadow traffic, response diffing, metric parity dashboards, feature-flagged rollout, and tested rollback.
• Own the schema-to-schema migration mapping, backfill, dual-write and reconciliation, consistency verification, documented cutover, and rollback point.
• Build Go services, HTTP APIs (Gin, Echo, Fiber, net/http), background workers, and stream consumers.
• Use Go concurrency deliberately: goroutines, channels, context propagation, worker pools, graceful shutdown, and leak prevention. At this traffic, concurrency bugs find you.
• Own MySQL schema and query performance from Go; pool tuning, transaction scope, live-table migrations.
• Build Kafka producers and consumers with correct partitioning, offsets, replay, and DLQ handling.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang.
• Deep understanding of concurrency and goroutines.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Redis and caching mechanisms.
• Experience in designing and building microservices.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with Docker and Git.

Good to Have:

• Experience in AI/ML or AI-powered applications.
• Knowledge of Kafka or other message queue systems.
• Exposure to gRPC.
• Experience handling high-scale, distributed systems.
