Job Description:

Must-have

• 4+ years backend engineering; strong GoLang + Python and SQLAlchemy / PostgreSQL
• Proven design of RBAC/ABAC and multi-tenant authorization;
• Identity integration: OIDC, SAML 2.0, OAuth2, SCIM, LDAP / Active Directory; group-to-role mapping.
• Redis, Celery / async task queues, REST API design, and database migrations.
• Security-first engineering: audit logging, secrets handling, OWASP awareness, least-privilege design.

Nice-to-have

• LLM model-gateway concepts, token metering, and cost attribution.
• BFSI / regulated-industry experience; PII handling and data-residency awareness.
• Docker / Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability (Prometheus / Grafana).
