GODOWN IN-CHARGE

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day godown operations and maintain proper stock records.
• Receive, inspect, store and issue materials as per requirements.
• Maintain accurate inward/outward stock entries and ensure physical stock matches records.
• Update and maintain inventory records in Tally ERP.
• Prepare stock reports and monitor minimum/maximum stock levels.
• Coordinate with purchase, sales and service teams for material requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, identification and safety of materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation for all material movements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 01 years of experience in godown/store/inventory management.
• Must have working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of stock/inventory management.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
