Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory control and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
• Supervise a team of store staff, providing guidance on tasks such as receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Implement FIFO (First In First Out) principles to maintain accurate inventory levels and prevent spoilage.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in storekeeping processes.

Job Requirements :

• 12-20 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in store management.
• Strong knowledge of store keeping practices, including inventory control systems like FIFO.
• Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve operational efficiency gains.
