Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar plants to ensure smooth Project.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design, procurement, construction, and maintenance activities related to solar power plants.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all phases of project execution.

Job Requirements :

• 15-20 years of experience in the power industry with expertise in solar energy installations.
• Strong understanding of solar panel installation and commissioning procedures.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale renewable energy projects from concept to completion.
