WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 8-15 years of experience in IT services, managed services, or technology delivery
• Proven track record running a services P&L not just delivery management
• Experienced managing technical teams of 15+ people, with a reputation for fair but firm leadership
• Financially literate can read, build, and interrogate a services P&L
• Operationally disciplined has built or implemented service delivery frameworks (ITIL or equivalent)
• Commercially aware understands how services are priced, scoped, and contracted

• The suitable candidate would be someone who has both technical and business experience delivering services to a broad, external customer base not solely internal IT to one business.
