Designation- GM - Project Management

Location - Chennai

Roles and Responsibility:

• Lead and manage all ongoing projects to ensure they finish on time and within budget.
• Oversee the procurement team to ensure timely purchasing and vendor management.
• Handle key client communications, build strong relationships, and address concerns.
• Work closely with project teams to support daily operations and solve problems.
• Resolve project escalations quickly by coordinating with internal teams and clients.
• Develop and improve company processes for better efficiency and growth.
• Monitor project budgets and report progress to top management.
• Build a strong team environment and encourage collaboration.
• Will be taking care of the projects in the South region predominantly (TN, Andhra, Telangana and Kerala).

Qualification:

• Bachelors/ Diploma degree in Civil or interior and Architect.
• Experience in handling multiple projects in Civil or interiors at a same time and different location.
• Looking for a candidate who have experience with Corporate / Office Buildings/IT Parks.
