- Establish operating mechanisms, governance structures, and review cadences for strategic initiatives.
- Drive prioritization decisions across competing business objectives and resource constraints.
AI and Platform Transformation:
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to deliver scalable AI-powered products and platforms.
- Drive adoption of generative AI, RAG-based systems, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI solutions.

Program Execution and Operational Excellence:
- Manage a portfolio of strategic programs with clear visibility into risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop mechanisms to monitor program health, execution quality, and business impact.
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, operational, security, and adoption risks.
- Define and track KPIs that measure technical, operational, and business outcomes.
- Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution priorities.
Stakeholder and Executive Management:
- Partner with VP, SVP, and C-level leaders to define priorities and drive decision-making.
- Influence stakeholders without direct authority across multiple business functions.
- Present program status, investment proposals, business cases, and risk assessments to executive leadership.
- Facilitate alignment across diverse teams with competing priorities and objectives.
Leadership and Organizational Impact:
- Build and scale TPM capabilities, processes, and best practices across the organization.
- Mentor and develop technical program managers and emerging leaders.
- Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
- Establish sustainable operating models that scale beyond individual contributors.
Requirements:

- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and modern technology ecosystems.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving multiple engineering teams.
- Experience working with AI/ML, data platforms, generative AI, RAG architectures, or intelligent automation initiatives.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience defining governance frameworks, operating mechanisms, and organizational processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consumer internet, e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, logistics, or large-scale technology organizations.
- Exposure to enterprise AI platforms, semantic search, vector databases, LLM-based applications, and AI governance frameworks.

- Program predictability, execution excellence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Reduction in delivery risk and operational inefficiencies.
