Job Summary

Lead the overall Contracts & Procurement function for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. Drive strategic sourcing, contract management, vendor development, procurement excellence, cost optimization, and supply chain efficiency while ensuring timely project delivery and compliance

Role & responsibilities

• Lead procurement and contract management activities for Civil, Interior, MEP, Faade, IT, Facility Management, HR, Admin, and Corporate Services categories.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
• Manage tendering, RFQ/RFP processes, techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop supplier and contractor networks across project and non-project categories.
• Drive value engineering and strategic sourcing initiatives for project cost optimization.
• Lead procurement planning aligned with construction schedules and project milestones.
• Monitor supply chain performance, vendor compliance, and contract execution.
• Implement e-sourcing, reverse auctions, and digital procurement practices.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, audit requirements, governance standards, and risk management processes.
• Collaborate with Projects, Design, Finance, MEP, Sales, Facility Management, and Corporate teams for seamless project execution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team while driving a high-performance culture.

Preferred candidate profile

• Postgraduate qualification (M.Tech) in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Contracts & Procurement within Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, or EPC sectors.
• Strong exposure to Civil, Interior, MEP, Facade, and Corporate Procurement categories.
• Proven track record of procurement cost savings, strategic sourcing, and vendor management.
• Experience leading procurement teams and managing large-scale procurement budgets.
