Are you an experienced Plant Finance & Accounts professional ready to take ownership of financial control, budgeting, forecasting and MIS?

We are looking for a strong Plant Accounts & Finance Manager / Head for a leading Pharmaceutical / Medicine manufacturing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete Plant Accounts & Finance operations
  • Prepare and monitor Annual Budgets, Business Plans & Forecasts
  • Develop accurate and timely MIS, financial reports & dashboards
  • Monitor costing, expenses, variances and cost controls
  • Analyse plant performance and provide actionable financial insights
  • Ensure effective working capital, inventory & cash-flow control
  • Drive budget vs. actual analysis and corrective actions
  • Ensure statutory compliance, audits and internal financial controls
  • Coordinate with Plant Operations, Corporate Finance, Procurement & Management
  • Support management in decision-making through financial analysis
