Role & responsibilities
1. Oversee full plant operations from raw material receiving/in-housing to final shipment dispatch.
2. Drive line balancing, capacity utilization, and efficiency initiatives across all departments to optimize manufacturing performance and reduce costs.
3. Direct cross-functional heads across Merchandising, Quality, IE, Maintenance, and HR to streamline plant workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
4. Manage factory overheads, workforce budget planning, and operational resource allocation to hit target KPIs.
5 Enforce factory-wide safety compliance and manage critical operational escalations with senior management.
