Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an GM/DGM/AGMOperations - FPS/MEP at Aegis Automation India Pvt. Ltd., located in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations related to Fire Protection Systems (FPS) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing installation projects, and leading a team of professionals. The role also requires coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire Protection Systems (FPS) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services
• Must have experience in handling large in-house execution teams
• Manage residential and commercial high-rise FPS execution/ installations end-to-end.
• Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Core responsibilities

• Strategic planning: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies to align with company objectives.
• Operational oversight: Manage and optimize day-to-day activities across all operational functions to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Financial management: Create and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and control costs to ensure profitability.
• Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment.
• Process improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement changes, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Performance analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on operational and financial performance.
• Compliance and quality: Ensure operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including safety protocols.
