Pump Academy Pvt. Ltd., headquartered in Bengaluru has developed iPUMPNET - the worlds first 360 deep-tech IIoT + AI-ML Smart Pumping-Station Optimisation Platform, built as a unified ecosystem entirely in-house.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition of new clients across water supply, wastewater, industrial, and irrigation sectors
• Present iPUMPNET solutions, conduct technical discussions, and prepare proposals
• Engage with tendering departments, consultants, and government stakeholders
• Track opportunities, prepare reports, and support closure of high-value deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for solution demonstration and technical clarifications
• With proven experience and success story in the relevant field (For Manager and above Positions)
• Experience in Government and Institutional Sales, preferably with exposure to municipal or public sector clients.
• Established professional network across India will be considered an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India (approximately 70% travel requirement).

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience working with government utilities, PSUs, EPCs, and industrial clients
• Exposure to pumping systems, IIoT, SCADA, or automation solutions
• Strong communication, stakeholder handling, and technical presentation skills
