GM Fianance & Accounts

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Lead a team to ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly/year-end closing processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective internal controls to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Job Requirements :

• 15-20 years of experience in finance leadership roles within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong expertise in preparing financial statements (balance sheet finalisation) with attention to detail.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams through complex projects or periods of change.
