Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for heavy vehicles and earthmoving equipment
• Identify, evaluate, and develop vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and timely supply
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers
• Monitor market trends and maintain updated knowledge of equipment and spare parts availability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and quality standards
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to align purchase decisions with operational needs
• Prepare purchase budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review
