Tender estimation: Lead the team for estimation of the prospective

tenders or offers for the prospective clients.

• Closely watch for the new transmission line / sub-station projects coming up in both domestic and international markets.
• Identify the appropriate project which suits our technical and financial qualification.
• Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, risk analysis, financial criteria, and preparing synopsis.
• Check the important contract terms and conditions.
• Seeking Clarifications from Clients.
• Pre-tender site visit arrangements and getting key input for tender Estimation.
• Collection of Vendor offers, Analysis & Price Comparison, Update the costing works.
• Submission of Tender in online portal
• Post bid clarification & resolving the client queries in Technical Evaluation & Ensure Price Bid Opening.
• Participate in E-Reverse Auction & related arrangements
• Submission and return EMD Bank Guarantee follow up with clients.
• Maintaining adequate Order book position for the company. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, new opportunities and competitive threats in the Power Transmission Line Sector. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic Business Development Plans to achieve growth and expand the companys footprint in key markets. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue New Business Opportunities by building relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Client management: Ensuring alignment with client requirements and Company Capabilities. Always maintain a rapport with the client and ensure client satisfaction in the first place.
