Role & responsibilities

• Should be working in Plant Accounts in position of leadership
• Driving initiatives for cost reduction/ control
• Preparation Budget vs Actual
• Performance Analysis and suggesting improvement
• Dealing with Statutory Auditor Big 4 or 6/ Internal Auditor of repute
• Controlling and Finalization of Balance sheet, Monthly MIS,
• CAPEX Control & FAR
• Dealing with Cross Functional Teams
• Experience in Handling Large Teams
• Worked on internal Finance Control implementation / and Standard Operating Procedure implementation
• Knowledge of Income Tax/ GST/ IND AS / companies Act / Compliances
• Working knowledge of Oracle

Good knowledge of Costing for Inventory Valuation

DESIRED SKILLS

• Articleship from good CA Firm
• Should be from Listed Entity with turnover >1000 cr.
• Worked at senior level position in plant for 5 years.
• Age 45-50 years
