Global Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced Global Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in global recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably handling US recruitment and end-to-end hiring processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Global Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, stakeholder management, and offer coordination.
• Manage recruitment across international/global markets, with strong exposure to US Recruitment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business teams to meet hiring targets.
