Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment projects for professional, management, and executive-level positions globally
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, and market mapping
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruitment strategy, talent availability, and market insights
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process
• Utilize data and recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring outcomes
• Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to strengthen employer brand and sourcing capabilities

Your Profile

• 8+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience within an international environment
• Proven track record of direct sourcing and successfully hiring passive candidates
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter expertise and advanced Boolean search capabilities
• Experience hiring for manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial, or corporate functions
• Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Self-driven, curious, resilient, and passionate about finding exceptional talent
