Global Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

We are looking for a proactive professional to join our Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) at Fulcrum Digital in a Global Recruitment Operations role.

The role will involve:

• End-to-End Referral Program Ownership: Managing the global employee referral lifecycle, ensuring timely responses to referred candidates, prompt publication of job opportunities, and accurate, timely referral reward processing as per policy.
• Process Improvement: Streamlining referral workflows, enhancing employee experience, and driving process standardization and automation across geographies.
• Reporting & Governance: Tracking referral metrics, monitoring TATs, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring adherence to defined processes.
• Broader Recruitment Operations: Supporting global recruitment operations initiatives, systems, and process enhancements, with opportunities to learn and take ownership of evolving responsibilities.
• Strategic Hiring: Managing selected strategic and niche hiring requirements on an as-needed basis, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver quality talent within agreed timelines.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conducting training sessions for recruitment teams on recruitment systems, their features and functionalities, and implemented processes, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistent adoption across geographies.

We are looking for someone with strong coordination, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive approach to process improvement and the ability to balance operational ownership, training responsibilities, and strategic hiring assignments.
