Global Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an experienced Global Talent Acquisition professional with 9-15 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably with strong exposure to US recruitment/global talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for managing talent acquisition activities across global markets, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering qualified talent within defined timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end global talent acquisition/recruitment processes.
• Handle US recruitment and international hiring requirements.
• Source, screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on business requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and skill needs.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for niche and critical positions.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and turnaround times.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal HR and business teams to support workforce requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
