About the Role:

Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, ensuring adherence to SOPs, knowledge articles, compliance standards, and other client-specific requirements.

Consistently maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency across all assigned tasks. Attention to detail with critical thinking is expected for every transaction.

Communicate professionally with internal teams and contribute to cross-functional coordination to meet shared goals and resolve client requests.

Conduct thorough checks to ensure deliverables meet quality standards, minimizing errors that could impact clients or compliance.

Conduct themselves with professionalism and manage client deliverables with accountability and integrity.

Client-centric and accountable to deliver KPIs/SLAs with best client experience.

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Fresher

Shift: Flexible with US rotational shifts (India night shifts)
