About this role
We are looking for an experienced Global Senior Business Analyst – PLM to drive the strategy, governance, and continuous enhancement of our PLM/PDM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define and deliver the PLM product roadmap.
- Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Own the
PLM platform, driving governance, enhancements, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, and global teams to deliver integrated PLM solutions.
- Manage vendors, service delivery, KPIs, risk, compliance, and platform performance.
- Drive continuous improvement using Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps practices.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with
PLM/PDM
- Expertise in business analysis, solution delivery, and PLM process improvement.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, data management, and global stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional and outsourced teams in a global environment.
- Knowledge of Agile/SAFe, DevSecOps, governance, and vendor management.
