Job Description - Global Sales Operations Support (India)
BASIC PURPOSE:

As Global Sales Operations Support at iT1, you will provide support covering a wide scope of responsibilities, including quoting, order entry, shipment tracking, and accounts receivable assistance, among other tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist Sales in responding to global customer bids that may encompass many different countries and regions
• Grow international sales by being an internal advocate and subject matter expert of iT1 international business
• Provide support to the Sales team. This may include contacting suppliers, submitting deal registrations, creating quotes, checking stock availability, placing orders, submitting order modifications/changes, requesting/providing shipment tracking, monitoring deal progression, facilitating returns, and helping collect payment on invoices.
• Liaison between Sales, Operations, Accounting, and external suppliers to help facilitate an effective quoting, ordering, and invoicing process for the iT1 account manager and customer
• Onboard new customers, manufacturers, and distributors
• Apply for manufacturer sales authorizations and earn certifications
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and teammates
• Provide overall excellent customer service to help the sales team complete any customer requests and resolve potential issues
• Manage special project initiatives and supervise business activities, as needed, for iT1 Hyderabad operations
• Perform other duties as needed

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possess high-level organization and time-management skills
• The ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situations
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• The aptitude for learning new systems and software quickly
• Financial skills and background
• The ability to juggle a variety of tasks at the same time
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
• Maintain a supportive attitude toward change, a willingness to develop new ideas to achieve results, and a desire to be an active change agent in the organization.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day
• Keyboarding for 8 hours per day
• Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers)
• Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)
• Near Vision (working with small objects or reading small print)
• If local to Hyderabad, occasional travel around the Hyderabad area. Vehicle not required. iT1 can arrange transportation.

LOCATION AND WORKING HOURS:

• Fully remote, but slight preference to Hyderabad based individuals for occasional local tasks and travel
• Mon - Fri 8:30 PM 5:30AM IST
