We are hiring for Global Sales Director for Bangalore - Onsite - Permanent

Skills & Experience

• 12-16 years of experience in enterprise technology sales with a strong track record in hunting and new business acquisition with proven success in consistently achieving and exceeding global sales targets.
• Strong experience selling one or more of the following:
• Quality Engineering Services
• Software Testing Services
• Managed Testing Services
• Test Automation Platforms
• Digital Engineering or Digital Transformation Services
• B2B SaaS companies
• Experience managing large sales development, inside sales and lead generation teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and consultative selling.
• Experience managing multi-country sales engagements, preferably across APAC and global markets.
• Ability to drive both services-led and product-led sales engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen, executive presence, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
