Global Recruitment Consultant – Singapore IT Market

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Global Recruitment Consultant with strong expertise in IT recruitment for the Singapore & APAC market. The ideal candidate should have experience in permanent, contractual, and RPO hiring, along with strong client and stakeholder management skills.

The role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment mandates, building talent pipelines, working closely with clients and hiring managers, and delivering quality candidates within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for the Singapore & APAC market across permanent and contractual hiring requirements.
• Handle RPO recruitment mandates, managing hiring requirements and delivery in line with client SLAs and expectations.
• Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and assess candidates across multiple IT skill sets.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular discussions with stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, role requirements, market availability, and challenges.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offer management, negotiations, and joining formalities.
• Deliver against agreed recruitment targets, SLAs, TAT, and quality metrics.
• Provide clients with insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation, sourcing challenges, and competitor hiring activity.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS/CRM records, MIS, and regular hiring reports.
• Manage multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, RPO, or executive search.
• Strong hands-on experience in IT recruitment for the Singapore market & APAC.
• Experience in Permanent, Contractual, and RPO hiring.
• Strong understanding of contract staffing / contingent workforce hiring would be an advantage.
• Experience managing client relationships and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of technology roles including Software Engineering, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, ERP, Infrastructure, and other IT functions.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment mandates independently from requirement gathering through closure.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, market mapping, and talent intelligence capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.

Good to Have

• Prior experience working with Singapore-based clients and candidates.
• Experience in APAC / global recruitment.
• Experience working in a recruitment consultancy, staffing organization, RPO, or executive search firm.
• Existing network of IT professionals across the Singapore market.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, Naukri, JobStreet, MyCareersFuture, or other regional sourcing platforms.
• Exposure to volume hiring as well as niche/specialized IT recruitment.
