Global Process Owner - HR Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own the global design, governance, and roadmap for HR Operations processes across countries and entities.
• Standardize employee lifecycle processes, decision rules, controls, and exception handling across the operating model.
• Lead process harmonization and reduce unnecessary country-level variations while maintaining compliance requirements.
• Drive process transitions into the GCC, including knowledge transfer, readiness, and steady-state adoption.
• Partner with HR leadership, HRBPs, country teams, and technology teams to align process execution and transformation priorities.

Skills Required:

• 15 - 22 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or global process management
• Strong experience in HR process governance and global process ownership across employee lifecycle operations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and SAP SuccessFactors in an HRIS environment.
• Ability to define scalable global process standards, controls, and operating rules across multiple geographies.
• Experience supporting HR process transitions, process redesign, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
