Global Process Excellence Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the Global Process Excellence team to drive transformation initiatives across SAP HANA implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes that deliver significant benefits to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including client management teams, project managers, and technical experts to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Provide thought leadership on process excellence methodologies, tools, and frameworks to support continuous improvement efforts.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in Ariba, ECC/SAP HANA implementation or similar technologies.
• Proven track record of leading complex transformations using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong understanding of process excellence principles, including lean six sigma certification (or equivalent).
• Experience working with large-scale enterprise software implementations involving multiple stakeholders.
