About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage global payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly/quarterly/year-end reports, including reconciliations and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll-related issues and provide guidance on process improvements.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries, bonuses, benefits, and other compensation.
Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in global payroll management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of international HR practices, taxes, and labor laws across various regions (Europe, Asia Pacific).
- Proficiency in SAP or similar payroll software; ability to analyze data from multiple sources.
