Global Payroll delivery co-ordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing for UK, US, EMEA & Europe regions.
  
• Manage multi-country payroll operations including data consolidation and reconciliation.
  
• Ensure SLA adherence through effective vendor management and stakeholder alignment.
  
• Oversee payroll operations from initiation to finalization, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or certifications in labor laws or HR compliance preferred.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Payroll processing for more than one Country, statutory compliance understanding in atleast one Europe Country.
• Proficiency in using HR software tools.

Additional Information

• In-depth knowledge of Payroll processing and statutory requirements in atleast one Country.
• Exposure to Payroll processing for multiple Countries in EMEA/ Americas (NAG/ LATAM) Region.
• Exposure to Payroll processing for Pharma Organizations preferred.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
