Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – GOC (Global Operations Center) to manage operational coordination, MIS reporting, performance monitoring, and cross-functional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor operations across Production, Quality, SCM & Logistics
• Prepare and manage Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports
• Track KPIs including Production Output, Rejection, OEE & Delivery
• Identify operational gaps and ensure timely escalation & closure
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance & process standards
• Review and validate SAP / Oracle ERP data
• Prepare dashboards and provide data-driven insights to management
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
• Participate in management reviews and operational meetings
• Lead and guide GOC team members
