Global GDC Controller

About The Role

Strategize budget preparation activity and work closely with Global Delivery center CFO;s

Monthly P & L analysis of all GDCs and review the business trend

Monthly reviews and forecast reviews of the GDCs

Ensure closing and reporting timelines of GDCs are followed

Work closely with all CFO;s to strategize the process transformation across all GDCs including productivity improvements

Develop Business insights and analytics for GDCs and bench mark insights across GDC for Group CFO / COO reporting

Ideal Candidate

He/She/They will have 16+ years of experience in Finance Controlling

Controlling, Forecasting and Reporting
Data insights and Analytics
Story telling for monthly reviews

Experience on finance transformation / process transformation would be advantage

Knowledge of BI / SAP / oracle ERP would be advantage

Qualification CA / ICWA with relevant experience of the grade
