OVERVIEW
AIS is seeking to hire a Global Customer Support professional in Vadodara with 0 to 5 years of experience. In this full-time on-site role, you will assist international clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints across phone, email, and chat channels. Working night shifts, you will deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain high satisfaction levels through strong written and verbal communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Customer Support located in Vadodara
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various channels such as phone, email, or chat
- Address customer concerns, resolve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments within the organization
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in a multicultural and multilingual context
SKILLS
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Customer Service and Customer Experience skills for American customers desirable
- Ability to work in a night shift
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Experience in a related field is desired
QUALIFICATIONS
- Any Bachelors / Master s degree
