Role Overview

Putnam are seeking an experienced strategy consultant with prior pharmaceutical market access and pricing strategy experience . This role would be part of the Value Pricing & Market Access (VPA) practice area.

The Global Consultant will be fully dedicated to the end-to-end project lifecycle , providing continuity and hands-on delivery support to accelerate adoption within Putnam Value, Pricing and Access (VPA) teams. This role is critical to providing deep domain expertise within their practice , increasing value creation for clients and teams.

What you'll be doing

Work in teams to solve complex business problems for clients.

Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations.

Communicate findings and recommendations to client teams and senior stakeholders. 

Support implementation of recommendations and work with client teams to achieve impact.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues across teams and geographies.

 Key Requirements

Strong interest in, or experience with, life sciences and healthcare markets (biopharma, medtech, diagnostics, or health services)

Familiarity with topics such as product strategy, portfolio prioritisation, market access, commercial excellence, or growth strategy is a plus

Ability to rapidly build domain knowledge and apply strategy frameworks to highly technical client contexts

What you'll need

5+ years of relevant life science consulting or strategy experience,preferably including market access and pricing strategy

A Hands-on, execution-oriented approach with comfort working directly in data, analyses, and models.

Ability to commit to and support defined projects or practice portfolios over time.
