Global compliance and Risk Management

Role Overview

This role is aligned to the Global Compliance function and requires professionals with a strong understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, risk identification, and control monitoring. The ideal candidate should possess a compliance-focused mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to support compliance programmes across global business environments.

Primary Skills & Experience

• 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience in Global Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance, AML/KYC, or related control functions.
• Candidates with AML, Financial Crime Compliance, KYC, Due Diligence, or Regulatory Compliance experience can be considered.
• Understanding of compliance monitoring, risk assessment methodologies, policy adherence, and regulatory obligations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis, reporting, tracking, and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across teams and geographies.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience with a Big 4 organisation is highly preferred.
• Exposure to global compliance programmes, regulatory reviews, internal controls, risk assessments, or compliance testing activities would be advantageous.
• Experience supporting compliance processes in a multinational or regulated environment is desirable.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A compliance professional with 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Global Compliance, Risk Management, AML, or related regulatory functions. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools, and a solid understanding of compliance and control environments. Candidates from Big 4 firms with exposure to regulatory compliance, due diligence, compliance monitoring, and risk assessment activities will be particularly well-suited for this opportunity
