    • Partner with regional and country Compensation teams to support local participation, monitor delivery, and address gaps, dependencies, or data-quality issues.
    • Track survey participation, vendor coverage, contracts, budget, and spend, highlighting duplication, cost pressures, or opportunities to improve efficiency.
    • Maintain survey and market-pricing tools, access, reference data, and annual updates, working with relevant system owners and vendors as needed.
    • Produce clear management information and insights on participation, data quality, market movement, and survey outcomes to support compensation decision-making.

    • Coordinate the NA sales plan update process, partnering with Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to align on changes, secure approvals, distribute final documents, and confirm participant sign-off.
    • Coordinate or deliver other time-bound global or cross-regional compensation projects, audits, data reviews, and operational activities as priorities require.

    Requirements

    • Required education and certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
    • Required years of experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.

    Skills and Competencies

    • Relevant compensation or reward experience, including practical experience of salary survey participation, job matching, market data, or market-pricing tools.
    • Experience coordinating multi-country, regional, or global processes involving multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and data sources.
    • Strong project and process-management skills, with the ability to establish plans, maintain momentum, manage dependencies, and deliver to agreed standards.
    • Sound understanding of compensation principles, including salary structures, market pricing, job evaluation, and data governance.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with experience validating, reconciling, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets.
    • Confidence working with external vendors and internal stakeholders, with clear communication and the judgement to challenge, resolve, or escalate issues appropriately.
    • High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential colleague and compensation information.
    • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly to short-term project requirements.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and reporting; familiarity with compensation survey or market-pricing systems is preferred.
