Global Compensation and Benefits

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain global compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees across various regions.
• Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and internal data to inform compensation decisions.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to design and implement competitive compensation packages that align with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee benefits, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in global compensation or a related field (e.g., benefits administration).
• Strong understanding of international compensation practices and regulations (e.g., US/UK/European markets).
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets using tools like Excel or similar software.
• Experience working in an IT services & consulting environment.
