Glass Production Engineer | Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, monitor, and control daily production activities to achieve production targets.

* Manage and lead the production team, ensuring discipline, productivity, and compliance with procedures.

* Monitor the complete glass production workflow and ensure smooth production operations.

* Prepare accurate daily production reports and maintain relevant documentation.

* Identify production defects and quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.

* Collaborate with *Quality and R&D teams* to improve product quality and production processes.

* Identify opportunities to increase productivity, reduce wastage, minimize downtime, and improve operational efficiency.

* Ensure compliance with required *quality, safety, and operational standards*.

* Monitor production performance and provide regular updates to the *Factory Manager*.

* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient production operations.

* Strong practical knowledge of *glass manufacturing and production processes*.

* Proven experience in a production/manufacturing management role.

* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
