Role & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Service Delivery

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 Offshore Engineers and 1 Onsite Engineer.
• Drive operational excellence, workforce planning, task allocation, knowledge transfer, onboarding, and service governance.
• Manage stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.

Application Support & Administration

• Provide L2/L3 administration and support for Engineering and Productivity Applications.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, service requests, major incidents, and root cause analysis.
• Perform application administration, access management, performance monitoring, and operational governance.

Software Licensing & Asset Governance

• Manage enterprise software licensing, subscriptions, renewals, compliance, audits, reconciliation, and optimization.
• Administer OpenLM and perform usage analytics, capacity planning, reporting, and software asset governance.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.

Identity, Security & Compliance

• Manage user provisioning, access administration, authentication, SSO, SCIM, and identity integrations.
• Support vulnerability remediation, compliance audits, access reviews, risk mitigation, and security initiatives.

Project Delivery & Platform Modernization

• Lead SaaS migrations, cloud transformations, platform integrations, upgrades, automation initiatives, and application modernization projects.
• Support enterprise deployments, packaging, release management, testing, UAT, pilot programs, and production rollouts.

Vendor & Service Management

• Act as the primary technical contact for vendors and strategic partners.
• Manage escalations, support cases, roadmap discussions, technical reviews, and service improvements.

Drive ITIL-aligned service delivery through ServiceNow including SLA governance, KPI reporting, backlog management, and operational reporting
