How You'll Make an Impact Lead, coach, and develop a team of project professionals, fostering high performance and strong behavioral competencies. Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to align goals, drive collaboration, and ensure successful project execution. Conduct performance and development discussions, supporting team members in achieving both business objectives and career aspirations. Drive operational excellence by managing key performance metrics such as utilization, customer/stakeholder satisfaction (NPS), and resource productivity. Proactively plan workforce needs, lead recruitment, onboarding, and training activities to ensure project readiness. Facilitate effective decision-making, challenge and align stakeholder expectations when needed, and promote best practice sharing across teams. Ensure accurate resource billing and provide support for administrative activities including leave management, infrastructure, office requirements, and HR-related processes. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with preference for Electrical Engineering. Minimum 15 years of experience in project execution, including significant experience managing GIS, HV products, or substation projects. Proven experience as a Project Manager with strong leadership capabilities and experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Demonstrated ability to influence, align, and challenge decisions in the best interest of business goals and collaborative outcomes. Strong expertise in people management, talent development, workforce planning, and performance management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with the ability to drive productive discussions across diverse teams. Experience working in a matrixed or global environment with accountability for operational and business performance metrics.
