Key Responsibilities

 Supervise and guide a pod of mapping associates to ensure project goals are met.

 Distribute tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are achieved while maintaining high-

quality standards.

 Conduct regular check-ins with pod members to monitor progress, address issues,

and align on objectives.

 Review and ensure the accuracy and consistency of the map data produced by the

pod.

 Assist the Team Lead in managing daily operations and workflow optimization within

the pod.

 Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, proposing and implementing

practical solutions.

 Maintain clear communication with the Team Lead regarding pod performance,

challenges, and support needs.

 Encourage teamwork and collaboration within the pod to achieve common goals.
