About this role
- Hands-on experience with ArcGIS, Google Maps, QGIS, or other GIS-related software.
- Good knowledge and experience in GPON networks and fiber-optic cables.
- Prepare L1 network designs in GIS based on inputs received from the Branch team.
- Monitor network activities carried out by the Branch field team through tickets raised via the mobile application.
- Maintain and update GIS network data based on actual field conditions and network changes, in coordination with the Branch field team.
- Prepare network rollout plans in GIS for new customers based on discussions and requirements received from the Branch team.
- Coordinate with the Branch team to identify and implement network optimization requirements.
- Provide training to Branch teams on new modules, processes, and system updates.
- Train and support newly joined manpower in GIS processes and network-related activities.
