Girls Hostel Warden

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall care and supervision of female students residing in the hostel.
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all residents.
  
• Foster open communication with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and concerns.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas of improvement in hostel facilities and services.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a warden or similar role in an educational institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of hostel management, warden activities, caretaking, supervision, and related fields.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
