GhostDraft Developer (2 to 6 Years Experience)

We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in the GhostDraft tool to join our team.

Roles &Responsibilities:

 Ghost Draft Platform Expertise

 Hands-on experience in using and configuring the GhostDraft platform

 Proficient in creating, editing, and managing templates, forms, and document types

 Ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements in all document outputs

 Document Development

 Strong skills in designing and developing complex documents using GhostDraft

 Maintain and update existing templates to meet evolving business needs

 Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to capture content requirements

 Understanding of system development, document generation logic, and database integration

 Ability to work with structured data sources and configure document automation processes

 Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless document integration with other systems

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams

 Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders

 Problem Solving & Support

 Identify and resolve document generation issues, formatting challenges, and automation bottlenecks

 Provide ongoing support and enhancements for the document management processes

 Problem Solving Ability to identify and resolve issues related to document management and communication.

 Experience with other document automation tools, Knowledge of insurance or financial services industry.
