Ghee, Paneer Process & Packing Operator Automated Lines

Job Summary:
We are looking for experienced operators to handle Ghee and Paneer processing and automated packing lines. The role involves operating and monitoring automated equipment, ensuring process parameters, quality standards, production targets, and basic troubleshooting are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated Ghee/Panner processing and packing lines.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure smooth production operations.
• Handle machine start-up, changeover, cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure product quality, hygiene and food safety standards.
• Maintain production records and follow SOPs.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure safety and 5S practices on the shop floor.

Preferred Profile:
ITI/Diploma/Graduate with relevant experience in Dairy/Food Processing, Ghee, Paneer or automated packing lines. Experience in operating PLC/HMI-based automated machinery.
