1.Engineer/Ass.Engineer/GET/ Business Excellence (Plant Improvement & Analytics)

2. Job Purpose

Be part of a high-impact central engineering team responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving chronic plant issues. The role focuses on improving productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational reliability through structured, data-driven interventions across departments.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring plant issues such as yield loss, breakdowns, quality defects, and bottlenecks
• Identify improvement opportunities across process, equipment, energy consumption, and quality systems
• Lead and execute continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma initiatives)
• Analyze plant data and generate insights to support decision-making and performance enhancement
• Design, test, and implement solutions including process optimization, automation, and digital/AI interventions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Maintenance, Quality, Utilities) for execution
• Monitor project outcomes and ensure sustainable improvements with measurable impact
• Support standardization, documentation, and knowledge-sharing across plants
• Drive a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence on the shop floor

4. Qualification & Experience

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgical / Instrumentation or related fields)
• Experience: 03 years (Freshers with strong analytical aptitude can apply)
